Terms & Conditions
By submitting this enrollment form you are agreeing to the terms and
conditions outlined. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. Students and Safety: It is the joint responsibility of the caregivers, school and organisations
involved with the student to ensure that they join the session with the level of support they
require to participate fully and safely, including in regards to cyber safety. If at any time the
teacher feels that an enrolled student becomes a risk to the safety or wellbeing of any
participating teachers or students, they have the right to exclude the enrolled student from
the class immediately.
2. Fees / Billing / Invoicing: $15.00 NZD (+GST) per session billed at the beginning of the term, for
the whole term (or for what remains of the term in the case of a later enrollment). Notify us in
writing prior to the termly invoice if you would not like to be charged specific dates within that
term (i.e dates the student/caregiver knows the student won’t be able to attend). Invoices will
be sent to the billing address/email address assigned on this form. (If this payment plan does
not work for your situation, feel free to get in contact to discuss options).
3. Work created in class/session times: Since most sessions will contain some form of developing intellectual property it is important that everyone, teachers, students, parents and third parties alike understand that everything shared with a group is for the group to use ie: if Student #1 comes up with an idea for a group project with other students or people involved; they too are free to use that idea in the group and with their own projects as well. It can be very tempting to try and hold ownership of an idea, however it is important that they are shared, remixed and developed by others.
To avoid disputes of any kind, the work and projects created in these sessions is considered property of Great Inspirations. This is to make sure Great Inspirations has the full consent to share the work with the community and has the control needed to make sure that the content is kept safe and with the right people. Students and parents need to always check with Great Inspirations before sharing work that contains more input than just themselves/their child with third party businesses, competitions and organisations
4. Public Holidays: Unless specified, sessions will run on public holidays.
5. Discontinuing Sessions: if a student wishes to discontinue their sessions, they may opt out
at any time, however they will not at this stage be refunded for any of that terms payment or
classes already paid for.
6. Great Inspirations holds the rights to update or change the terms and conditions at any point in time, including future session costs.
